Ultra light and refreshing, the green tea in this smoothie makes it a great accompaniment to breakfast or as an afternoon pick me up. Experiment using different types of green tea for a unique flavour.
- 1 cup chilled green tea (plain or any fruit infused flavour will be great)
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 3–4 soft pitted dates
- Combine all ingredients, blend, and enjoy!
